The project area is assessed to determine how much material needs to be removed. A project scope is established between all parties to determine the most efficient removal of construction materials.
Dust walls are constructed to contain any dust and debris generated from the demolition process. Any none removed items such as furniture are covered to provide protection. Any floors into and within the project area, if not being removed, are covered with ram board.
The affected area is efficiently deconstructed to expose underlying structural elements. At this point the scale of contamination should be clear. If necessary, the project scope may require amendment.
All structural elements that are visibly contaminated will be scraped or sanded to remove any remaining microbial contamination. Finally, all areas are wiped and sprayed with an anti-microbial solution.
Available upon request, air testing can be provided through a trusted third party.
